Tasting Room
The Paraiso Tasting Room is perched high on the Santa Lucia Bench, above the Salinas River Valley. From this beautiful overlook, vineyards trail off into the distance and solitary hawks slowly circle on the valley breezes.

Visit us, sample our award-winning vintages, enjoy the views, and the Smith Family's warm hospitality. We are open seven days a week, excluding major holidays. Hours: Weekdays, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Weekends, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our Tasting Room is located two hours south of San Francisco. We are seventy minutes from San Jose and fifty minutes from Monterey/Carmel.


Home Decor & Gift Boutique
In addition to daily complimentary sampling, our Hospitality Center also boasts a stunning Home Decor & Gift Boutique. Jennifer Murphy-Smith has assembled a beautiful collection of designer fabrics, crystal, china, and glass. Beautiful wreaths and clocks. Luxurious soaps and candles. Stylish garden furniture. An extensive selection of wine stemware and implements. Even our mascot Aero has his own Canine Corner, full of fun dog-related items. And for the indecisive, Jen and her staff can create custom gift baskets that are sure to impress.

Our unique and eye-catching boutique has made Paraiso a true shopping destination. You'll find something for every room in the house and the most difficult-to-buy-for folks on your list. Stop by, browse, and enjoy a glass of wine and unparalled views.

The Paraiso Home Decor & Gift Boutique is open daily: Monday thru Friday 11 to 4, Weekends 12 to 5.

For your special event, Paraiso offers exclusive use of our beautiful Fountain Terrace. A tented lawn, bordered by Pinot Noir vines and Cypress trees, opens to a Mediterranean-style fountain courtyard with views of the valley below.
