DINING

On the northeast side of the property, perched above the dunes lies A.J. Spurs, an Old West-style restaurant and tapas bar. An extensive menu of barbecued beef, chicken, and seafood entrees are offered for dinner. Seating for 120 is available, overlooking breathtaking dunes.

A.J.SPURS MENU HIGHLIGHTS:

All dinner entrees include: A.J.'s hearty vaquero soup, salsa, tequila beans, rice pilaf, garden salad, A.J. spuds, sourdough garlic bread, and an old-fashioned root beer float or after dinner liqueur.

All of our steaks are USDA Choice, aged to our specifications, hand cut by our own butchers, and cooked over a red oak pit BBQ.

Entrees include:
• Top Sirloin, Filet Mignon, T-Bones, New Yorks, and Ribeye Steaks
• Beef and Spare Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Pork Chops and Liver
• Australian Lobster Tails, Halibut, Scampi, Calamari, and Scallops

A limited room service menu is offered for the ease and convenience of in-room dining.

The Spa is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. For appointments, contact the Front Desk or Reservations. Limited appointment times available, please call in advance to ensure availability of your preferred time and/or make a reservation.
