Located between the Pelican Point complex and Cypress Townhouse complex, the Homes at Pajaro Dunes range from two to five bedrooms. Each Home is unique from its neighbors; some offering a rooftop deck, private hot tub, indoor swimming pool...or even a view of a castle. This complex also contains the Sandpiper Center meeting facilities, basketball court, and tennis courts. Some of these properties are available for monthly rentals.



PELICAN POINT

The Pelican Point complex has 87 units ranging from one to four bedrooms and is situated at the South end of the property. Each 3-story building contains units with either 1 or 2 levels. All of the units have varying views of the Pajaro River as it flows into the Pacific Ocean. It is a popular spot for bird watching since a wide variety of birds (both common and rare) take refuge at the river mouth. Some of these properties are available for monthly rentals.



SHOREBIRD

The Shorebird Condominium complex consists of nine 3-story buildings and is located at the North end of the property. Each building contains condos ranging from one to three bedrooms � each with varying views of the Monterey Bay. This complex also contains the Cypress House and Lagoon House meeting facilities and two sets of tennis courts. Some of these properties are available for monthly rentals.




CYPRESS

The Cypress Townhouse complex consists of 24 two and three level units ranging from two to five bedrooms. The Townhouses are typically more spacious than the Shorebird or Pelican condominiums.
